Carmela Nucciarone 1924-2024
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Carmela Nucciarone Castagna on December 4, 2024 in Montreal. She was the wife of the late Nicola Castagna.
Mrs. Nucciarone Castagna is survived by her children Giovanni (Michelina) and Lucia (Nicola), her grandchildren Marina (Giuseppe), Melisa (Platon), Michele (Myriam), Myrianna (Omar) and Nicole and her great-grandchildren Luca, Matteo, Mia, Kamil, Nicola, Giovanni, Nina and Giordano.
She is also survived by her sisters-in-law Filomena and Carmela (Sandrino), nephews and nieces, and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences on December 9, 2024, from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m., and on December 10, 2024, from noon to 2 p.m., at the Urgel Bourgie / Athos Funeral Complex, 6700 Beaubien Street, Montreal. A mass will be celebrated on December 10 at 2 p.m. at Èglise Marie-Auxiliatrice, 8550 avenue Joliot-Curie, Montreal, followed by interment at Repos St-Francois d'Assise.
