Cook pasta al dente.
Bring together, the pasta with the cooking water, and red or white wine in a bowl.

Mostaccioli

500gr of flour
3 eggs
300gr of sugar
300gr of honey
300gr of cocoa
a sprinkle of cinnamon
1-2 oranges (you can also add 1/2 cup of coffee)
20gr of ammonia for sweets

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 1/2 cm and cut them into diamonds (typical form). Bake the cookies for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

1/2 cup vegetable oil

Gloss it over with the icing


Lessata

This plate cas be as simple as boiling corn and then adding a little drizzle of olive oil and salt.
